I roasted a red peppa on the grill. If you’ve never tried this, I highly recommend it. Plus there are no added preservatives or sodium added when you grill it yourself. I also threw on a couple tomato slices, some shredded mozzarella and homemade pesto.
The only thing that would have made this better would be if it were melted. Hmm I’ll have to try that!
Anddd some cucumber slices. That I wish were pickles. Has anyone ever made their own pickles?! I really need to give that a whirl.
Today I am doing 4.5 miles. I’ve ran more before just not recently. I’m sure I’ll be fine but increasing distance always makes me a little nervous.
I think it will help that I finally bought another pair of headphones that I love so much!
