Ever since I had a salad called the Food Pyramid at the Couch Tomato, I have been craving it!
It includes: spinach, strawberries, grilled chicken, pecans and mozzarella cheese. I dipped with some undocumented creamy balsamic dressing.
I’m kinda bummed that these pictures came out so weird!
I think all the nutrition from lunch should help me make it through my 11 hour work day – yikes!
