Cashew Crunch.

I was craving some big leafy greens for lunch!  And there was a secret ingredient that made it even more delicious.
Ohh yeah 🙂
Some fresh lettuce, red pepper, carrots, green pepper, portabella mushroom, goat cheese and… cashew crumbles!
Mountain of mango! This was my first time trying a champagne mango, also known as ataulfo.  I found that they are softer and sweeter than a regular mango.  And the pit is smaller so  there is more fruit, yipee!
A new Weight Watcher yogurt for dessert – sooo good and satisfying!
Deeee-lish! 🙂
